We never ask for, and you should never send us, your PAN, Aadhaar, bank account, policy or folio numbers, OTPs or passwords. The site has no forms that collect financial details. All searches for unclaimed money happen on the official government and institution portals, not on this website.

- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to reply, and delete correspondence when it is no longer needed.
- Usage data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of visit, for security and to keep the site working.
